REFUND POLICY

At Emergency Focus, we aim to provide the best educational services to International Medical Graduates (IMGs). If you need to request a refund after purchasing any course, workshop, or service, please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Courses:

    • After payment, refund requests must be made within 7 days before the course starts.

  • Workshops:

    • After payment, refund requests must be made within 14 days before the workshop starts.

  • Other Services:

    • After payment, refund requests will be accepted within 14 days, provided the service has not been accessed.

2. Refund Amounts

  • Courses:

    • Within 7+ days before start: Full refund (100%) minus a $50 processing fee.

    • Less than 7 days before start: 50% refund.

    • After the course starts: No refund.

  • Workshops:

    • Within 14+ days before start: Full refund (100%) minus a $50 processing fee.

    • Less than 14 days before start: 50% refund.

    • After the workshop starts: No refund.

  • Other Services:

    • Within 14 days and no service accessed: Full refund (100%).

    • After service has been accessed: No refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No shows or failure to attend without prior notice.

  • Refund requests made outside the eligibility period.

  • Accessed or partially completed services.

4. Refund Process

  • After payment, to request a refund, please email support@emergencyfocus.net within the refund eligibility timeline.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation by Emergency Focus

  • If Emergency Focus cancels a course, workshop, or service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule a course or workshop, you may do so at no extra cost, provided the request is made within the refund eligibility timeline.

7.  For Specialist Recruitment

  • Eligibility-Based Refund:

    • If we determine that your current experience, qualifications, or any other reason mentioned in your CV renders you unsuitable for the Specialist Pathway subscription, we will issue a refund. The refund will be processed after deducting the administrative costs.

  • Partial Subscription Usage:

    • If you have availed of certain subscription features, we will calculate the utilized cost and deduct it from the total. The remaining balance will then be refunded.
