1. Medical History Documentation of Complicated cases (Medical, Surgical, Paediatrics)
2. Ward Round Medical documentation
3. Ordering Investigations
4. Charting medications (regular and as required)
5. Charting Intravenous fluids
6. Discharge scripts
7. Patient Discharge Summaries
8. Medicolegal documents (Consent, Leave against medical advice, Death and Coroner paperwork)
9. Incident Information Management System (Complaint System)
10. Medical Procedure documentation
